Pakistan Earthquake

Approximately 8:50AM on October 8th, a 7.6 magnitude earthquake struck North-Eastern Pakistan, and parts of India, leaving over 3 million injured or homeless with a death toll estimated at over 80,000.

While many of the affected people lived along the fault line between Balakot and Muzzafarabad, a race began for humanitarian organizations such as the World Food Programme to provide assistance to the tribal villages unable to access aid due to landslides before the impending winter.
